Psalm 24 - Love: Make Way for the King!
This coming Sunday, December 23rd, is the fourth Sunday in Advent. Pastor David Carlovsky will finish up the congregation’s Advent services with the word “Love,” using Psalm 24, often used for Advent, as his sermon text. The sermon theme will be: “LOVE: MAKE WAY FOR THE KING!

Matthew 1:21 - That Chosen Night at the Stable

Isaiah 9:6 - That First Christmas Day!
A Christmas Day service will also be held, at 9:00am on Tuesday, the 25th of December. Pastor Carlovsky’s sermon text will be based on the great prophecy from the Old Testament prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 9:6: THAT FIRST CHRISTMAS DAY!

2 Corinthians 5:17 - In Christ the Old is Gone, the New has Come!
The following Sunday, December 30th, the congregation will recognize New Year’s even as we bask in the glow of Christmas. Violin music will be included in the service. The New Year's sermon will be based on this verse: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come" (2 Corinthians 5:17). As we ponder “new things for the new year,” we remember that most of those “new” things aren’t really new. Rather we want to re-new our activities, like prayer, joy, service, witnessing, etc. for the new year in our LORD. Every day in the new year, the "new man" in us will arise by God's Spirit-worked faith. Thus, the sermon theme will be "IN CHRIST...THE OLD IS GONE, THE NEW HAS COME!"
